The location is perfect — close to all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops, yet quiet and relaxing at night. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist with recommendations or directions. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of fresh options, and the coffee was excellent! The hotel’s atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, and I especially appreciated the attention to detail in both service and cleanliness. Summary: When we arrived we were unable to check in at the time, even though it was after 2pm. We were told to wait but not told how long to wait for. Room was OK but bathroom was unclean, black mold around the shower and no tissues in the dispenser. We have stayed before 2 years ago and had a much better experience but it seems to be going downhill unfortunately.

Summary: Situated close to the metro station which takes less than 15mins to the centre. Hotel is clean but basic. No kettle in room, and they charge for Nespresso in the lobby. Pool is ok, but no view.

Summary: The location of the hotel was great. 2 minutes away from a metro station. In a quiet area if preferred not to stay in the city center. By metro the city center is 5-10 mins away. Restaurants were also quite close. The room was very spacious and clean with all amenities
