Summary: The hotel staff is is shining point. They were amazing. The hotel is very walkable to many sites and only 3 minutes from a Bilbao Metro stop ( Sam Mamés). The €10 breakfast is a great bargain. Rooms are clean with some older furniture, but it would not deter me from staying there again. You may have to remind housekeeping to keep the soap/ shampoo dispensers filled, but that was honestly my only complaint. We even had on an early morning flight on our last day, and the manager arranged for a takeaway picnic breakfast for us at 4 AM. That's service!
