Summary: The beds were really comfortable and the room was cleaned every day. Staff were good - we didn't need to have much interaction with them though. breakfast was good although the same every day. We chose the hotel for proximity to the Athletico stadium but it was easy to jump on a bus into the city centre. There are a few restaurants nearby which are good. Would certainly recommend

Summary: We had good impression after checking in on first day. Even the meal was good for the dinner on the same night. Then the next day, nightmare started. In the morning, ther was no power , no water. Therefore no shower for us. Until we left, no official explanation and apologie were given. The hotel management obviously was in breach of their contract duty. As customer, we should have certain compensation.

Summary: Front desk people were helpful. Sixth floor "refurbished" room- upon arrival a/c was 38C. Had to call maintenance bc wouldn't work. Took over 2 hours to fix. Power failure of entire hotel overnight. A/c again wouldn't come in and day maintenance told me it was "working". Came back in afternoon and no, was definitely broken. Called maintenance again. Multiple calls to receive toilet paper and shower gel that housekeeping failed to refill daily. Breakfast was good. Pool was nice. Neighborhood nice. Bring washcloths, your own Kleenex, and your patience.

Summary: Although not the handiest hotel for the city centre unless taking a taxi, it is a very nice hotel. What they described as a cafe is actually a nice restaurant and the food was very good , the rooms are comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. There are shops and cafes nearby. A bus stop for the airport bus is an easy 10 minute walk away.
