Summary: Once the temperature is selected, the shower water remains very constant, but its operation is not so intuitive: it took me 10 minutes to understand how to use it.

Summary: The staff was nice and helpful but the hotel equipment is not 4 stars at all. This hotel should be 3 stars. We had cockroach and spider in the room and they changed our room instantly. And there is no teacup or cutlery. We are given only paper cups. However, staff service was alright.

Summary: Reception staff were very welcoming, warm, and helpful with suggestions and directions. The room was comfortable but could be updated. Breakfast was good and very reasonably priced. Great location close to bus and train station, walkable to major sites.
