Negative: I would improve the breakfast. The place is truly magnificent, exuding a unique charm with its atmosphere of decayed beauty. However, I noticed that the food supply is somewhat limited. Additionally, the cheeses and cured meats are not protected; they are exposed to free air, which could affect their quality. On a positive note, the staff are incredibly kind and helpful, which is always a big plus! Moreover, I observed that the service at the pool closes early in the afternoon. Perhaps it could be beneficial to keep it open a bit longer to better accommodate guests.

Positive: Very spacious room with direct access to the front garden. Very quiet at night. Great breakfast. The hotel is in an old and beautiful building. Great value for money.

Negative: The biggest problem was the heat in the room becaus sof the central heating system.. but the staff could turn it off and it felt much nicer in the room.

Summary: Great stay for a trip in the Langhe.
