Summary: The first 3 days when Iryna worked it was WONDERFUL as she went over and beyond to make us comfortable and welcomed. On the morning of check out, the front desk clerk was no way to be found - we had to call the hotel phone several times and then she would come from downstairs. The table where we ate breakfast was not cleared for at least an hour while other guests passed by and had to eat near it. I asked her for assistance to get my bag down the step and she told me it was not her job, but she took it down. I asked her her name and she refused to tell me. All the other ladies had their name displayed by the front desk. She was borderline rude and NOT helpful at all.

Summary: Good Hotel with Breakfast I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet — perfect for a good night’s rest. One of the highlights was the breakfast: a generous selection of fresh and tasty food, with something for everyone. The staff was friendly and made sure everything was well organized. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you value a good start to your day!

Summary: The staff were friendly and really helpful. They made us up a breakfast pack on the first day and opened breakfast early on the Sunday as we had to leave early to catch a train. I would recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Kladno.
