Summary: After two-week adventure, we stayed our last night in Europe at Hotel Hofbalzers. After a long driving day, we were happy to stretch our legs with a walk through the neighborhood to the old church and castle, both in view of the balcony off our hotel room. Then, we enjoyed a very nice dinner on-site at the hotel restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful; the room clean and comfortable; and a lovely breakfast to send us off. Highly recommended!

Summary: Quad family room was large and spacious. The kids each had their own individual beds which they really appreciated. The hotel was beautiful and clean. There were a couple of restaurants within walking distance and we could walk up to Berg Gutenburg for a little adventure.

Summary: Cute little hotel with very friendly staff. Unfortunately, my room was facing a very bright street lamp. Even with the shades drawn, it was still bright in the room. It was also hot in my room, but they do provide a fan. There is no conditioner or soap for the shower, so bring your own. Bring ear plugs if you’re sensitive to noise, as the church clock bell chimes run all day.
