Summary: Manager on shift didn't want to switch room for us due of broken air conditioner. All of the sudden an expert on cooling and refrigeration.

Summary: Tiny rooms with bunk beds, there are no phone in tbe rooms so you don't have contact with the lobby. Other than this is a great hotel, the cleaning of the rooms are good they replace towels every day and the location is amaizing

Summary: Nice place yo go and sleep, close to downtown and not expensive. The problem will be that the room is not too big and comfortable... and the staff ay night needs to be better ( i need to print a document, only one papel, and they refused to do it be cause was too late ... 11 pm ) in general they can fix and improve somethings but i'll take it again if i have to visit Monterrey again.
