Positive: Location, clean, communication, method of access/check in.

Negative: Bedroom was compromised by structural elements… beams around bed made for difficult access, step down from bathroom a bit of surprise if not used to, bathroom window blind not functioning meaning not able to view outside from only accessible window ( larger window higher up good for ventilation but can’t see outside).

Positive: Beautiful building, nicely renovated. Room itself was comfortable.

Negative: We had a hard time understanding the self service check in. It all worked out in the end, but it created some anxiety prior to arrival. The stairs are really, really steep.
