Summary: Experience a hotel stay like was more common before Covid - an awesome location, excellent rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. The dining room has a wide variety of menu items, everything we had was excellent. Such a joy to be there

Summary: The hotel itself was fantastic, and I love the energy that the hotel restaurant and bar invites (especially on the weekends). However, it felt too far from the city center of Florence and the buses don’t run late at all in Poggio a Caiano, so be mindful of that if you do not have a car. The room was nice and the staff was friendly, just a little inconvenient by public transit.

Summary: My wife and I were pleasantly surprised during our stay at Hotel Hermitage. From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. We were allowed to check in earlier, which was a wonderful start to our stay. The room was lovely, and we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast the next morning. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful, making us feel right at home. The hotel is conveniently located close enough to downtown Florence, yet still on the outskirts, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful Tuscan landscapes. We will definitely choose to stay at Hotel Hermitage again during our next visit to Florence!
