Summary: Very clean and nice hotel. Staff was very nice. Comfortable and close to everything. I would say the advertisement of the “24hr shuttle service” is false advertising though because they just call you an overpriced flat rate taxi. I was able to secure my own taxi for much less. If I had of known ahead of time that it was just a taxi I would have arranged a shuttle for even cheaper. Typically if you advertise for a 24-hr shuttle service it is an actual shuttle service not a taxi that is more expensive than if you booked on your own.

Summary: Staff super friendly and helpful. Toiletries feon L’Occitane. Gave us an amazing welcome tea. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Would definitely stay here again

Summary: Superbly modernised boutique hotel in a historic building in the old town of Ljubljana. Location is perfect for all bars, restaurants and places of interest. Staff are very warm and friendly, speak great English and are efficient and helpful. All areas are spotless. Breakfast buffet has a wide range of fresh and good quality food - pastries, cakes, breads, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, cold meat and cheeses, scrambled eggs, bacon, salad, teas, coffees and juices. Beds are comfortable and so is the temperature inside the building (many places in Slovenia were uncomfortably hot). Room contains a free safe. Shower is large and powerful. Mini bar fridge is the usual. The only minor issue is that there is limited hanging space for clothes. Highly recommended.
