Positive: The entrance, lobby, and hallways have clearly had a very classy upgrade

Negative: The floor, furniture, and curtains had seen better days. The bedding was clean and the mattress was average but the pillows were horrible. I think I had a room for people with assistive mobility devices but if they are in each room they are horrible. Water went everywhere and I had to squeegee the floor myself after each shower.

Positive: There was a bathtub and a hair dryer.

Negative: There was construction work around the station, and I had to take a detour to get to the hotel. The hotel restaurant was closed and I wanted to chill what I had bought but there was no refrigerator in the room.

Positive: It was a good comfortable bed and great staff and a nice breakfast

Negative: We did not like the stains in the carpet in our room. It made it seem unclean, but I think it was clean.

Summary: The location was good to close to a railway station and close to our family so we would stay there again

Negative: Although i upgraded the room to a luxury room i was looking at the brick wall. I wished there is a small koffee machine or somehow to make a morning koffee and enjoy a lazy morning.

Negative: A mini fridge would have been good to have. There was nothing in the room for making coffee or tea which you would expect in most hotels. The restaurant was closed and we had to walk through construction area to get to the centre.

Negative: The room was quite outdated with stains on the carpet and black spots in the bathroom. The sound isolation is not great, we could hear our neighbours the whole evening and night (it was so bad we had to go to reception past midnight and ask them to talk to the loud neighbours).
