Summary: Great property with very friendly people. The only issue is they don’t have a/c in the rooms.

Summary: Ideal for a visit to the area, lovely location and staff. No restaurant in the evening but they have frozen meals you can buy - unfortunately they don't advertise this on their website and info so we had no idea it was an option on our late arrival which would have been really useful to know and avoided some stress around finding food.

Summary: We arrived after a 7 and a half hour drive. The young man on reception was very polite and attentive. In our room, I realised that the bedding and pillows were feathers, which I have an extreme allergy to. My wife talked to him and within minutes, knocked on our door with complete new polyester (I assume) quilts and pillows. The next morning, we have been dealt with a very nice young lady and man. The location was perfect. Hidden away in a small wooded area, and still only 10 minutes walk to Heemskerk town centre, where there were plenty of restaurants and bars. We have decided that whenever we are in the Amsterdam area, we will certainly book to stay here.

Summary: Good hotel. Located in a quiet place. Room is clean and has all necessary facilities. This hotel doesn’t have elevator, therefore people with accessibility issues had better not stay here.

Summary: Super friendly staff. A great location for exploring the area around Amsterdam. We stayed in the suite which has some great features. We can’t wait to stay here again

Summary: The hotel is overall okay for the price, but there are a few things to be aware of. The rooms are a bit outdated and could be cleaner – there was some dust, and the bathroom door paint is peeling. The walls are quite thin, so it can get noisy. Especially in the afternoons when tour buses arrive, it becomes quite loud and sometimes continues into the night, which affects the overall calm atmosphere. On the positive side, the parking is a big advantage – it’s included, located directly in front of the rooms, and monitored by cameras, which makes it feel safe. The hotel is also located in a quiet, forest-like area, which is nice. There are shops and a city center nearby. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but you can easily order food like pizza. We didn’t end up taking the train to Amsterdam because getting to the station requires a bus and the total cost for multiple people becomes quite expensive. Overall, for the price, it’s acceptable, but there is definitely room for improvement. I recomend
