Summary: We stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed most aspects of this hotel. The best parts were: (1) the location, (2) the front desk staff and valet, (3) everything about the room, and (4) proximity to Dry Creek Kitchen. The worst part was the lack of service in the bar/dining area, which was shocking for such a pricey hotel. We went down for breakfast the first morning and couldn't even get anyone's attention, let alone a menu. The server told us she was too stressed out to talk. We would have had better breakfast service at a budget hotel. We had to leave and walk down the street for breakfast. We experienced a similar service issue in the early evening in the bar area. This property needs to address their staffing issues. It's a big miss. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

Summary: Nice hotel, great location. When we arrived the desk staff was withering the abuse of a possibly drunk, nightmarish Karen and the staff handled her childlike tantrum with admirable patience and diplomacy. Hate to see people treated that way, especially in front of my kids.
