Summary: The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. One (small) criticism of the room is that there was a lack of towel rails in the bathroom - only one, which drying any more than one small towel impossible.

Summary: Great hotel in the heart of where you want to be. Everything is close, including two major metro lines. The staff was very helpful and tge room was quiet. The only issue was that, with the record-breaking heat, the air conditioning struggled to keep up sometimes. Orherwise, a wonderful stay.

Summary: Great base for exploring Barcelona. Close to Plaça de Catalunya. So much is walkable in 20 minutes. The room was a good size and as a Hotels.com Platinum member I was upgraded to a 7th floor terrace. The pool and bar were relaxed and private. The free glass of Cava was a nice touch. Maggi (likely spelt that incorrectly) on the front desk was great.

Summary: Central location, next to the Gothic quarter, walking distance to the airport bus from Placa Catalyana. The desk staff was very gentle and helpfull. Large room with nice bathroom. We did not use the pool (too hot) or tried the breakfast, so cannot comment on those. Would stay here again.

Summary: We had a great stay prior to our cruise. Centrally located in a walkable, safe area with great accommodations! Small pool and rooftop area was nice. Breakfast had a nice variety as well.

Summary: Stayed for 2 nights. Great location, close to landmarks, in a good walkable area and close to taxis or the hop on and off bus. Room was clean, spacious with a twin bed. Had AC but you did need a room card placed in the holder for it to run. Biggest flaw with the room was paper thin walls, could hear every door close in the hallway, talking next door and all traffic in the area. Ear plugs are recommended. Access to the pool and terrace was a great place to sit and hangout. Would stay again!
