Summary: Beautiful hotel. Very kind and helpful front desk staff. Only thing wrong was our room was too cold and the thermostat was incorrect. Stating 77 degrees, but was actually 68 degrees, so I could not get the heater to work. Other than that, beautiful room and loved that we could take the trolley to Amalie. Definitely will stay here again.

Summary: The list of wonderful attributes at this hotel are probably too long for a review! First, it is gorgeous. Beautiful decor and immaculately clean. The staff is friendly in all areas/jobs in the hotel. The food and beverages on site are outstanding. I had a corner King suite and I loved my wrap-around, private balcony and the views from my room. Definitely check out the library and ask the staff about some of the history of the hotel. I can't wait to stay there again!
