Positive: i liked everything form the lobby, to the room to the location and especially the breakfast it was outstanding and one of the best matcha lattes i’ve had in paris! very comfortable stay and would definitely rebook!

Negative: i’d like to recommend the hotel one little thing that would make a huge chnage, upon arrival when we entered the hotel doors, there was no significant scent to the hotel it smelt the same as the street, and that doesn’t give the best welcoming cozy feeling that once is looking for after a long flight, if the hotel just pays attention to this detail then it would really be a 10/10 .. the hotel needs its own luxury scent to really make a bigger impression and to make its place in the memories of all guests, i really remember luxury hotels by their ambient scents

Positive: An amazing, comfortable, and luxurious hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive, and quick to address any needs that you may have. The were kind enough to upgrade our room for free as well. I will definitely look for a reason to stay here again.

Negative: The only thing I didn't like about our room was that the bathroom did not have an enclosed shower. It was essentially a wet room, so the bathroom floor and bathmat got soaking wet every time we used the shower. I do not think every room was like this though, and it may be the preference for some people.
