Summary: This is a very picturesque hotel in a beautiful mountainous region. Staff seem friendly and helpful. The rooms are a good size with big clean beds. The showers are good. Views from the very small balcony are lovely. There is no kettle or amenities in the rooms. Breakfast is pretty good with a fair selection to eat and drink. It is about 10km from any restaurant or bar so eat before committing to your stay unless you want to drive back out which is around 15-20 minutes through steep tightish roads. Everything at the hotel to eat and drink seems too expensive with little selection in the restaurant and fairly small portions.

Summary: The staff were so friendly. They gave us great recommendations for our next stop on our trip as well as things to do around Lucerne. The breakfast was incredible and the staff was really attentive to help when we were confused. The property was very clean. The view was incredible. And its such a good property for such a low price, which really helped me on my first trip out of the country. Definitely recommend, the bus isn't too expensive to get to Lucerne from the place, just hop in the SBB app.
