Summary: The staff were so friendly. They gave us great recommendations for our next stop on our trip as well as things to do around Lucerne. The breakfast was incredible and the staff was really attentive to help when we were confused. The property was very clean. The view was incredible. And its such a good property for such a low price, which really helped me on my first trip out of the country. Definitely recommend, the bus isn't too expensive to get to Lucerne from the place, just hop in the SBB app.

Summary: When we went, they were under renovations. However, they upgraded us to a deluxe room with a picturesque mountain view and balcony. Everything was clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was wonderful. Would recommend to anyone!

Summary: The most beautiful views from the room. This is an ideal place to stay that is close and easily accessible by bus and train to Lucerne. The staff was lovely and so helpful. The stay was comfortable. We booked a more basic suit but it was just what we needed as a safe and clean spot to stay. Very close to Mount Pilatus. Highly recommend

Summary: Really The hotel is in a beautiful position with gorgeous views of the mountains and valley plus lovely walks straight from the hotel. Our room was on the third floor (no lift) and was quite small with no en- suite bathroom and the double bed’s side was against the wall which made it difficult to get out of for one of us (ie me!) Also nowhere to put or hang clothes, not even a rack to put suitcases on. The staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast was nice.

Summary: A cozy, clean and comfortable spot at an excellent location. The restaurant served gourmet food at reasonable prices featuring extraordinary views of the surrounding landscape. Excellent customer service starting with Manuel who was very helpful with planning local hikes. Highly recommended to anyone interested visiting the Lucerne/Pilatus area.

Summary: If it was upto me I would have given them 6 stars, had the most beautiful view with the best service. Exceptional breakfast, everything was so fresh. Came here for our anniversary and would recommend it to everyone!
