Positive: Good location, very beautiful hotel. But the staff representation was terrible. There was a guest who parked in the hotel parking lot in a disgusting manner, without consideration for others, and I am a disabled woman. And we had to look for parking far away and pay for it because someone was so bold as to take up 2 parking spaces with one car. But if there was a staff representation at the front desk, I would have contacted them and asked them to tell that guest to move the car and allow us to park.

Negative: Lack of reception staff during normal hours like 6:00 PM and no one to handle problems
