Summary: 5.th time on this hotel. Chipsene a Big room on 62 sqm for the comfort. Unfortunately the room was very cold 16 degrees and we had to use our winter coats inside all day - everything in the room was cold. On the second day we reach 18 degrees and 20 at the 3. day. We missed a couch or two good chairs with a table. The service is very good - but we got an unpleasant stay because of the cold - and a bad smell from the drains in the bathroom we tried to cover with wet towels. We contacted the reception the first event and got more heat. We asked for help to the smell but didn’t get it. The nice lady at the reception told us that she has been writing to us through Expedia- which we haven’t seen yet.
