Summary: Very small rooms, almost felt claustrophobic. Beds seemed to be very old. Basic service issues (had to make multiple calls even for small stuff like tea sachets). Staff seemed to lack basic etiquettes (didn’t offer help with bags when we were leaving). Almost, they levy charges for using most of the hotel amenities (like tennis courts, billiards tables etc)

Summary: A very cozy place to stay especially if you’re interested in skiing because the hotel is very close to ski area. The only thing we didn’t like was room temperature. It was quite cold. Otherwise the hotel and staff were very nice. Food was delicious.
