Summary: I love the staff they were the nicest and most helpful. They would call cabs for me and the waitress named Emillia was the best. She had blonde hair in a ponytail and glasses. She didn't speak English very well but she sparked a conversation with our translation apps. She also showed me around the next day after taking care of her family. I offered her money and she wouldn't take it. She gave me a big hug when I left. Also olec or olek in polish it would be Alex in English I guess. He liked being called olec. He worked in the restaurant too. Very sweet young man.

Summary: Excellent location, easy walk from train station, businesses and the castle (the castle is probably why most people come to Malbork). Staff was friendly. My room did have a very small bathroom.

Summary: All was great. Good location. Only disappointment is no AC. Not end of the world, but AC would definitely help.

Summary: The service was excellent, breakfast was great and ladies serving breakfast were helpful and always with a smile. The hotel is about 15 minutes to the castle and Close to shopping.
