Summary: The staff at breakfast and dinner were excellent. At breakfast one morning, they ran out of the only hot item, eggs and never brought out more. I assume they didn't have any more to be served. Many people came and had to go without. Also, at check-in there were the hosts little kids running around which was kind of annoying.

Summary: Unique hotel.. exceeding our expectation. You need to come to experience it. Breakfast was excellent, best view from the window.

Summary: The reception wasn't occupied usually. At the check-in we were waiting abpout 15 min. until someone came. All the rest was ok. Price/quality is appropriate

Summary: The manager was so kind and fun with the Children. I loved Bivio is not the hyped up town of St. Moritz . I would recommend this hotel to anyone who loves the mountains .
