Positive: Very nice and new remodeled. Practical rooms and nice bathroom. Super breakfast and very kind all staff.

Summary: Excellent and will recommend to everybody to come from Prague for weekend or longer vacation.

Positive: Everything new and clean, tv with plenty of channels, great WiFi

Negative: No air conditioning and it's impossible to open the windows throughout the day due to the strong cooking smell. It's also impossible to make the room dark because the curtains aren’t blackout

Positive: The woman working the front desk with the long black hair was absolutely lovely and went out of her way to help me and she was a shining star. I enjoyed the close proximity to a nearby restaurant that had wonderful schnitzel and you are only a bus ride away from points of interest such as certain castle ruins Etc

Negative: This hotel was not at all bad but I think Grand is a massive overstatement. Maybe I'm just a spoiled American with far to high reaching expectations but as someone who has worked in hotels I just felt like I was horribly inconveniencing the front desk staff every time I went down there. More than once they would sigh with aggravation when they had to deal with me. I get it. Language. But I'm paying money like everybody else. Like I mentioned the young lady with the black hair was wonderful and she helped me get my tickets as was Martina one of the managers. I imagine not a lot of Americans come this way so maybe it's just a different set of Standards out there so I can allow for that. The man who runs the restaurant breakfast in the morning was not particularly friendly and though he extended a few courtesies I tried to avoid him after the first day. The room was small and I didn't know it would be as small as it was. My bed sheets were the same for about 2 days in a row until I said something and I wasn't expecting No Air conditioner. Like I said not bad but by no means grand. Maybe by the standards of a small village but certainly not anywhere else
