Positive: The rooms were spacious, my children had a large quadruple room which has a little side room with a bunk bed. The bathrooms were large. Breakfast was well stocked, bar was available for happy hour and it was nice to sit by the fire. Very well located super close to a ski rental shop and access to the slopes.

Negative: Rooms, bathrooms, general facilities were lower quality than expected although it was fine. What they call "internal rooms" means the windows open to an internal courtyard with hardly any light. That was a bit disappointing. There is no lie but the outdoor on these rooms but yet it's not explicit either, making it surprising when you get there. Food was ok but nothing exciting. Dinners specifically were a bit low quality.

Summary: Fine hotel, nicely located, ok rooms, ok food.

Positive: This was my 3rd time staying in this hotel and it gets better every time. We stayed as group of 10 and nobody had any complaints. The food is some of the best I've had when it comes to hotel buffets and the staff are just as good. Everyone is super friendly and the location right next to the slopes is perfect. The slopes are around 50m away and the ski rental shop right by there makes it a lot easier. We pre booked our ski rentals so it was slightly cheaper and the hotel has lockers you can store the ski's in at night. We didn't get chance to use the pool since they said it opened after 4pm and we always went straight out after the slopes but from previous years of using it, it's never disappointed. I'll never stay anywhere else when I come to Andorra because I don't think you could get a better hotel.

Negative: The only thing I didn't like was that my stay was only 5 nights, I wished we could have stayed longer.

Summary: Best Hotel in PAS DE LA CASA by far.

Positive: The staff were warm and welcoming. We stayed on the half board option, and breakfast and dinner were very good. We were also able to use the sauna and pool, both of which helped with aching ski legs! The lounge was also a great place to be at the end of a ski day. A hot chocolate on the sofas next to the real fire was fantastic! We had a large comfortable room on the third floor with a lovely view of the mountains and everything we needed for our stay.

Negative: Be aware that the hotel is uphill and a bit of a trek at the end of a ski day, particularly in ski boots. We hired ski gear from Surf Evasio 2 next to the slopes and made use of their ski lockers to avoid this issue. Although the hotel do have ski lockers, we felt this was a good decision. Our room was very warm. There was a door to the balcony but having it open meant we heard a lot of noise from the street, so it was difficult to get the room to a comfortable temperature.
