Summary: The hotel was amazing! We had a private onsen room, which was very relaxing before having beautiful 5 course dinners in the hotel restaurant. The staff were so kind and friendly to us. We don’t speak Japanese but we were made to feel very welcome.

Summary: We were absolutely blown away by this wonderful hotel. We’ve stayed at many 5-star hotels around the world, but this one was by far our favorite. The service and food were exceptional, and every member of the staff was incredibly professional. Our time in Atami couldn’t have been better!

Summary: Amazing hotel with excellent food, drinks and views. Had a room with the hot tub on the terrace and I was using this a lot during my two day stay. One word of caution if you come by train and with luggage: the slopes are very steep so I suggest to use a taxi which will set you back around 1250 JPY.

Summary: This upscaled hotel is truly a testament of “you pay for what you get “. It maybe a bit pricey but the level of service and the presentation of food in this boutique hotel is world-class, second to none. The hotel is new and is situated on the hillside overlooking the Atami bay, super quipand quaint. A great place for relaxation and rejuvenation.
