Positive: Great location and easy to get to from the station. Staff responded to questions sent before arrival quickly and spoke English to help with checkin. Rooms bigger than you will find in Tokyo. Breakfast was excellent with lots of Japanese options and the soft serve was a huge hit with kids. Little touches like being able to take coffee away if you wanted make this place better than most we have stayed at. Exec lounge drinks and snacks good way to relax at end of the day.

Negative: Nothing.

Summary: Excellent location and amenities for a short or long stay.

Positive: The staff during my 2nd stay 15-17/1/2026 was more approachable and accomodating.. During my 1st stay 11-12/1/2026- the staffs were curt and not approachable. Language is main barrier and it's as if we were 'extra work' for them.

Negative: have at least 1 english speaking staff since they're dealing with international travellers.

Summary: location wise is good. Some staffs needs more training

Positive: Location is great! Very convenient. The bus going to New Chitose Airport is just in front of the hotel and it runs frequently. The amenities provided in the lobby is amazing. You don’t have to bring any toiletries.

Negative: The room is very tiny. We couldn’t open our 2 suitcases at the same time as there isn’t enough space. No facility such as gym. We didn’t enjoy being in the room as it is rather claustrophobic.

Summary: The hotel is well maintained. I was here 20 years ago and the hotel hasn’t changed much. It is very clean and convenient
