Positive: The hotel itself was really nice with close distance to the city centre. Pool and spa facilities were also nice and clean. The room itself was clean and tidy having the things we needed for the stay. Overall, a good stay but I would say there were just a few issues that did not make our experience and expectations stress free.

Negative: They mixed the rooms whilst we were checking in as the things on the system didn't match the paper reservations they had. Right after the check in, my parents were asked to come to pay for the stay (they had a separate booking) and they've been asked to settle the bill for our stay as well when we already paid in advance. I had to show the confirmation of the pay at the reception because they said they didn't have it on the system. On the first night there was no hot water in the evening.

Positive: Decent hotel in beautiful city of Kremnica, worth of staying definetelly. Large options of breakfast food, restaurant with exceptional food. Possibility to order drinks, spirits and beer afzer 8 PM afzer restaurant closure. Large rooms and bathrooms, wellness for free includes pool amd two saunas with outdoor seating and jacuzzi.Very quiet location and rooms, no niosy road, no noisy guests.

Negative: Access road from main highway to hotel parking lot is not cleaned during winter leading to possibly dangerous driving risks beacuse of its width and descend. Lots of snow there. Hotel is not ready to clean the access road by its own or by technician workers. Bed in my room was large, but noisy due to its wooden construction. No blackout curtains in the room possibly leading to be waken up by sun during the summer.

Positive: Indoor swimming pool. Helpful staff. Good dinner and breakfast.

Negative: Very very poor wi-fi reception in the room. No TV signal. Extra pay for gluten free breakfast.

Summary: Our stay overall would be perfect only if wi-fi and TV signal were available in the room.. :-(
