Summary: Our room had a really nice view with the river and mountains. Super convenient to train station, shopping area and eating places. Staff were also nice.

Summary: This hotel is excellent and in the heart of Bad Ischl. 10 min walk from the train station. Idyllic town and scenery.

Summary: The family room had plenty of space for me and my two adult children. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast included was very good! We ate dinner at the restaurant and there were many options and the food and service was good.

Summary: The two girls that helped me out were extremely helpful and kind. One was a bit newer, the other had been there a while. They went out of their way to let me in the gym until they closed, as well as helped me out with tea, and recommendation. I didn’t have wifi in my room and they did their best to get the wifi situated in a way that helped me. I didn’t end up getting better signal, but it was the effort on their part that showed me they were willing to go above and beyond. Close trip to Hallstatt, and Bad Ischl itself was beautiful. Wish there were more open food options but if you look hard enough or ask for recommendations you can find a couple good ones. Great location right by the water, restaurant had a fantastic steak, and breakfast buffet was also very good. Will return one day.

Summary: Third stay in this hotel. Nothing to compain, walking distance to the heart of Bad Ischl, directly at the river banks. Parking is 100 m down the road but one can drop off luggage at the entrance. Breakfast is quite good.
