Positive: Lovely hotel, very clean, beautiful breakfast area. Staff are really nice and try and help as much as they can. Housekeeping are also really friendly. Breakfast is lovely has a wide range of food on offer. Hard working , kind people staff. Our room was lovely, bathroom looks brand new!

Negative: The air conditioning was fully off. Where our room was in the hotel it just gets rather hot in there, we called reception but the only solution they gave was opening the window, which was already open, it was a small window that the room had so, each night we were boiling at night. Also maintenance men knocked at the door at 9am, no idea why as everything in the room was absolutely fine. They needed to access the bathroom but my partner was in the shower so i had to decline. A warning of someone coming to repair something would have helped. Still have no idea what they needed to do as everything was fully functioning.

Summary: Had a lovely stay, amazing staff , beautiful room. Minor issue was the air conditioning not working at all.

Positive: All excellent, room recently renovated and really nice. Staff all super friendly and helpful! Food in the restaurant was excellent

Negative: Breakfast could’ve been a bit better / more options

Negative: it was cold in the room, I coudn't turn in the air conditioner and called reception twice, left a message, but anyways didn't got the response. Really poor selection of toiletries.

Positive: Very interesting old time look but still it has all modern stuff. Renovated room in old fashion design with modernbathroom. Very welcoming, nice and friendly receptionist.

Positive: I enjoy it, reason that I book there always!

Negative: They had a city fest and access to hotel was blocked off from all directions. We had to find parking and make many trips with all of our equipment from the parking area to the hotel for three days. Other than that hotel service great as always!
