Summary: This is a well located Hotel in Sth Brisbane. While it is not a new hotel it is extremely well maintained. Staff are extremely friendly and highly professional. We will stay there again

Summary: There was a faint smell of old ashtray in the room that I found disappointing (on a non smoking floor). I also turned up when the keys/locks were being redone, and reception was nice enough but I don't think the manager actually apologise for the inconvenience even once, just fed excuses.... Zero explanation of where anything was or times the reception was open/closed over weekend.

Summary: It was a room only, with bar fridge, however, we managed fine as the local shopping centres were within walking distance. Also, the bus station was close for transport into the city etc. The staff were cheery and helpful! We will use this facility again on our regular trips.

Summary: Always a good stay, hotel is a little dated but everything is clean and works and the staff are very friendly. Parking is a bit hit a miss in a bigger car as they are not numbered for guests but doesnt stop me from coming back
