Positive: Good location, family hotel with very kind stuff, good organised activities for kids and families, good food

Negative: Bedding - I guess it's not made from cotton/ natural materials - the feeling was very hot, so we didn't sleep very well.

Summary: Very nice trip, we would recommend.

Positive: The staff was excellent and atmosphere of the hotel was wonderful. The dinners were very good, especially the salad bar.

Negative: The breakfast was rather simple, even by Austrian standards. Putting out some relishes or a bigger variety of fruits and vegetables would be nice. There isn't much soundproofing between rooms in the annex. The hotel itself is a bit far from a lot of winter activities, but we knew that when booking it.

Summary: Lovely hotel with kind staff and great ambience.
