Positive: Polite staff. For some reason, I ended up in a smoker's room/floor. Staff was easy to change it to non-smoking. They have breakfast included in price. Adequate choices for the room price

Positive: Great location near to the station. A really convenient business hotel that has everything you need. There is also a large SPA facility which would be nice to use.

Negative: Overall cleanliness/upkeep of the hotel seems a bit older. As well, the name on google maps and the name of the hotel are different which makes it difficult to map.
