Summary: The room was very clean and quiet… but I thought there was a fireplace in the room and there wasn’t .. but I enjoyed the stay

Summary: This hotel is ok but in general, I would describe it as “sad.” It’s in desperate need of a face-lift. Missing tiles, doors that are missing layers and show the practical board in the middle, broken mirrors, walls with exposed drywall and pool water slide not running. Also, one of of our beds creaked so badly every time you moved on it. Even thinking about moving would make the bed creak. The pool was fun even without the big water slide working. But all in all, I would not pay over $200 again for this hotel. And you have to pay for parking! Not worth it. I’ll look elsewhere next year.

Summary: The room was dirty and run down. The floors throughout the hotel were dirty and didn't appear to have been cleaned in awhile. We were supposed to stay 2 nights and checked out after one night. The pool area was very dark and dimly lit, the game room was a plus and was enjoyable.

Summary: Room was average and showing some age, mattresses on beds were very soft, hotel's indoor water park is awesome with slides, water basketball,etc. Breakfast lacked hot selections but had a decent cold, cereal, pastries variety. Staff was very helpful.

Summary: Hidden charges. $10 a day for parking and also a 5% lodging tax. I didn’t find that out till after I arrived. If you open parking info on hotels.com it says about parking . But why would I open up the parking info if I had been there at least 1 time a year for last 5 to 6 years. Charges in the past were alway everything . Also when I got there I was told that they would be cleaning carpets in the rooms the next day so I had to leave for the day and I came back and had the take 2 chairs off the top of the desk.

Summary: First off the staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. That is key to any business, they made me feel welcomed. The room was huge, everything was great, I think they recently replaced the carpet or it was in a newer condition. My only suggestion would be to replace or clean the showerhead. Mine was clogged.
