Summary: Other than the nice gentlemen that delivered towels to our room and tried to fix the TV our stay was less than optimal. It started with checkin, the guy at the front desk barely spoke and I had no idea what he was asking me. We went down for breakfast and the coffee was empty and when I asked the guy at the desk if he could make more, who was the same guy at checkin, he acted totally put out. We stayed 2 nights and had no TV service and the room wasn’t the cleanest. Second day of breakfast the same guy at the front desk was making himself a cup of coffee and I then went to get one and it was empty again! The front desk guy left it empty!! The breakfast was not great, with very little selection and the second morning they were out of a few things and so there was even less options and this was a weekend. They did offer a free night on our next stay but I will definitely spend more and stay at a reputable location. Definitely a case of you get what you pay for and I’m not sure we even got close to that.

Summary: Building was physically comfortable. Staff that checked us in was nice. Staff in the morning was miserable to my wife. Wife went to the breakfast area at 6:30 a.m looking for a cup of coffee. There was none available, and when she inquired, was told others had drank it all already. She asked for another prepackaged, caffenated filter, to brew in the room, as she had already consumed the single one provided in the "all inclusive" room we were advertised. ( that was around two in the morning after waking up to feed our newborn, that she had the one cup provided the room.) She was told, before the sun had risen, that no more coffee would be made and the staff didnt know anything about "coffee for the room". She was offered teabags instead and dismissed. Before the sun came up they refused to provide coffee to their guests. That guy was awful.

Summary: Kitchenette was simply a cabinet with a sink, nice for the two days we chose to stay in, but wouldn’t agree that it had everything we would need to cook. The on site breakfast was extremely minimal, waffles, oatmeal, cereal coffee, and juice that came out clumpy👀. When I told the attendant Saturday morning she seemed more concerned with whatever I pulled her from in the back than looking in the cup. The shower was concerning, the linens dragged the floor and stayed wet, and shows. And the shower head seemed old and well sucked.

Summary: The room was very clean. the only thing is the tv didn't work . When we called the front desk, they didn't do anything about it. we called twice and still didn't come. So we had to go to he front desk to get another remote and that remote didn't even work.

Summary: The room was sufficient. No one checked to see if we needed anything, like clean towels. It was easy enough to stop the maid when needed. Breakfast was disappointing, but my husband loved the hostess sweet rolls. I don’t eat or drink hot items from styrofoam, so even oatmeal was out for me. The front desk was helpful at collecting packages. There was no call or note, so we had to check often.
