Summary: They charged additional payment for kids which was totally unjustified and the hotel front desk behavior was not friendly. He demanded either you pay or leave, very disappointing.

Summary: Great location, a little dated but would recommend as it does 'tick all the boxes'! Rooms were large, air conditioning, hot water etc all worked well. The older style decor made some areas of the hotel a little dark but it was all very clean and tidy. We didn't have much interaction with staff, but when we did, they were helpful.

Summary: I asked twice to move to a room with a double bed but told no rooms available. No perks offered considering I’m Platinum and extended a further two nights plus I’ve booked it again on the 23/7 as it’s very central for Reus. No Tea or Coffee in room a small refrigerator that leeks. It’s a shame I live the classic design though.
