Positive: We booked on a short notice with dinner and breakfast. Dinner was a "Tyrolean dinner" with lots of meat, but my wife is a vegetarian. The staff was extremely friendly and prepared some vegetarian meal extra, really nice! The hotel has a spa including two saunas and a steam bath, all of these were clean and not so overcrowded. There were many families there with lots of children. The staff reminded the kids several times not to run through the hall, and to be a little less loud during playing games, which was truly ok! :-)

Summary: Nice dinner, very helpful staff, sauna was great!

Positive: An excellent hotel located in a picturesque area not far from the Stubaier Glacier. Plus, there are trails for hiking and biking. Overall, the area is scenic, and the hotel itself is cozy. A big bonus is their in-house restaurant with wonderful staff, a spa, and a warm, family-friendly atmosphere.
