Positive: The breakfast wasn't included, which is fine, and I didn't try it since it would cost 15 euros extra each time. The location was great, roughly 3 mins walk away from the tram to Natters and Innsbruck.

Negative: There was only one pillow, and it was very flat. I suppose they would have given me another if I had asked.

Negative: We did not like the late check-in fee, since there was no one there when we arrived, the key was left by the door and I think this is not worth an extra 30€.

Positive: The staff were so so kind and great to chat with! Breakfast was stunning, views were amazing, location really easy to get to + from, lots of information about activities and things to do! Absolutely worth visiting, and Charlie the dog was gorgeous too :))
