Summary: Very smooth and enjoyable stay. First time travelling with our 7 month old baby so were a bit apprehensive, but staff were very helpful and accomodating to our needs amd request. Would stay here again when visiting Udine.

Summary: Big and comfortable hotel with a large room a short walk from the city center, parking is included and the breakfast was fine. However I didn't like the service, the staff was bored or very nervous about everything, I don't appreciate yo be called at the phone in my room 1 hour before the check out because they want to know when I leave, or to be ousted from the breakfast room because they have to organize the lunch when the staff hasn't started to take away the breakfast buffet and that breakfast was not limited on time. So they were quite rude, just take it easy guys!

Summary: Easy to reach and mins walk to center. Bfst a bit simple but acceptable. Restaurant not open for dinner but ok to walk around into center where lots options available.... In general a pleasant stay and staff are friendly.

Summary: Nice, quiet, clean rooms in a convenient location with parking facilities. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The only downside is that the internet was terrible: very spotty and slow connection and we continuously had to relogin. At times, it was impossible to connect. That fact alone would make me reconsider staying there again.
