Summary: The staff was nice, however, the property is very outdated. We came during Oktoberfest so it was extremely expensive and not worth what we paid, but it was one of the more affordable options. I would only recommend this as a budget option if absolutely needed. It was clean and efficient. We did have to carry our bags up the stairs which was inconvenient.

Summary: Nice location and easy to get into the main centre. The rooms are very basic which is fine but I wasn’t impressed that we paid for 3 rooms with kitchenettes and only 1 of them actually had a kitchenette. Then the kitchenette we did have didn’t have any facilities for cooking…no pans, no toaster, no kettle. Was pointless having it and was a bit a shame considering they had stopped serving breakfast in the restaurant for September. We booked this place originally because we thought it would be easy to sort breakfast before heading into the town. Also the lady on the desk was quite difficult when it came to checking in and was reluctant to help/provide any extra amenities. Overall it did the job for our stay and was clean.

Summary: Kitchenette met my needs. Climbing stairs is something to think about for sure when staying here. Staff fantastic, extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Summary: No kitchen( but we had paid for it), no fridge, no AC, no fan,no elevator, very loud construction going on behind our bedroom window , daily from 5 am until 9:30 pm.we checked out 1 day early. A refund for 1 day from Expedia for our bad experience would be appreciated. Thank you

Summary: Property is difficult to navigate hallways and stairs with no lift for heavy luggage, a potential fire hazard due to lack of fire escape exits, there is no fan in room for hot summer weather and noise insulation is poor, bring ear plugs.
