Positive: The location of the hotel is wonderful- idyllic and charming, calming setting by the water and nature. The hotel itself is a charmer with rich history. Our room had a balcony where we could sit and enjoy the landscape. There are many small unique amenities that the hotel presents in your room that make it feel like a luxurious experience. Plus they have Michelin restaurant!

Positive: Very nicely located and a real charming unique traditional hotel. The staff is very friendly and the public rooms (restaurant, garden,..) are lovely.
Negative: The rooms are (as they are historic) extremly small and therefore too expensive. A dog cost 350 extra, in a room that is only 12qm large. This is not fairly priced.

Positive: Old building so the odd creak but immaculately decorated with a degree of grandeur. Staff are great and provide amazing service. It is more a relaxing hotel than work hotel but worth a visit under any circumstances.

Negative: Bathroom too small. We were the only guests. Not able to eat dinner at the hotel.

Positive: The locatio.n great The breakfast good. And team at breakfast was kind and service was excelent.
Negative: The reception was closed at 4 pm when arrived.Key left and instruction to get it were via booking .unfortunately as no connection it took us windy cold hour to get key . no phone to call. No one to assist. There is no elevator to room .very difficult. There was no coffee at room. Just in lobby .. No milk.No tea. No kettle to get warm water. Bed was noisy . Need repair. No normal window. Hotel was almost empty .They could offer a water view.but no human service. no phone. In evening the hotel restaurant closed from sunday to wed.we slept hungry . This is historical hotel. Need more attention to.meet the 4 star hotel. .
