Summary: Enjoyable stay, stunning location. Quaint hotel, helpful staff, lovely breakfast. Will never forget those views, even the passing trains add to the ambience of it all

Summary: Pleasant stay and ideal location for travelling through Switzerland. Opposite the lake with lovely views. We stayed one night and was given the large family roof room. Although it was hot in the room, it was very spacious and ideal for our requirements. The owner was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

Summary: Fluelen is conveniently situated with good local and international transport links. Also there is some excellent intermediate walking to be found in the area.

Summary: Very comfortable room; although I was by myself, and only staying one night, I was given a room with two beds, and was able to have a shower. I was travelling by train from Andrermatt towards Zurich airport and this was a useful stop over. I travelled by public transport, and the bus driver dropped me at the door. The next day I walked back to the station with my suitcase- not so good over the cobbles. The instructions to phone a certain number were useless, and I was a bit worried. however the owner was there to let me in. I arrived about 14.00hours.

Summary: Area is lovely and the hotel is fine - especially if you love trains which I do. Situated right next door to the main railway line through the Gotthard it is a train spotters dream.
