Positive: Beautiful building in a central location. Cool art deco styling througout the hotel. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Great big corner room (luxury room) with lots of windows and typical Parisian balconies, with plants.

Negative: Nothing. Great stay.

Positive: Good customer service. Originally I booked a junior suite with a living room but the room was too dark with a smaller window. The manager switched me to a deluxe room immediately with 3 floor to ceiling windows. Even though it was a smaller room, the room was a lot brighter. To make up for the price difference, he also comped morning breakfast without me even asking. Overall, I really enjoyed the hotel and it's location.

Negative: The rooms are all quite different so make sure you specifiy what you like.

Positive: The hotel is in an excellent location, while the room was very quiet. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and very helpful. Room service was of very high quality, as were the furnishings and overall room amenities. The restaurant is also excellent and completes a thoroughly positive experience. Highly recommended.

Negative: The only minor downside is that a second elevator would be desirable, but this did not significantly affect the overall experience.

Positive: Beautiful and clean hotel, quite retro but in a classy way. Staff were friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend.

Negative: Maybe the set menu on New year's eve. It was just nice.
