Positive: The location is very good, in an inner courtyard, safe.

Negative: We indicated that we would arrive earlier for +20 €, but the heating in the room was not turned on. The person who welcomed us was quite unpleasant. There is not much for breakfast, no vegetables or fruits. The hotel needs renovation - the bathroom is a little bit moldy.

Summary: It would be much better with a little attention.

Positive: Excellent location, 80 m from M1 metro station, very close to cadorna fn (for Malpensa airport) and Duomo. Renovated bathroom. Comfortable single beds. Clean and warm room. Very polite and helpful staff (even kept our luggage after checkout for a few hours). Nice neighbourhood with plenty of shops and restaurants.

Negative: Very old and shabby furniture. Very Italian breakfast (lots of sweets, small choice of savoury snacks). No fridge in the room (it's 2025, for god's sake!!)!

Positive: cleanliness in the room, hot water in the bathroom, comfortable beds

Negative: you can hear a tram nearby, very loud, staff were chatting very loudly after 10 p.m., and hotel/rooms are actually a whole floor at building, not a separete building.
