Summary: I did not receive any email or sms for check in. I had to call but since I was travelling from another country it cost me a lot! the hotel was clean and good but check in and check out was really stresfull!! I would not prefer again, I think they must improve their check in process.

Summary: The hotel is well located in an upscale neighborhood close to Ayer Brygge. We reserved a room with 2 beds and there was no mention in the description that one of the beds was a chair sofa bed that needed to be converted by the guests. There was a strange odor when you turned on the sink faucet, the TV had no signal, and there was a loud creaking noise from a gate outside. Otherwise, the Filip self-service hotel is renovated, tastefully decorated, and comfortable.
