Positive: The hotel was nice- the balconies were wonderful with lots of space, lounging chairs, a table and umbrella and clothes caddy for hanging wet items. The staff were very friendly and the location to the beach was perfect. The beach itself was beautiful.

Negative: We weren’t prepared for having to wear bathing caps in the pool so when we arrived late in the afternoon the lifeguard wouldn’t let us swim at our leisure without the caps. The pool was closing shortly so we didn’t want to buy any as we decided we would go to the beach for the remainder of our stay. I understand it’s common to wear caps in pools in Italy, but this was the first hotel during our 2 weeks travelling around that required it. The rooms took quite a while to cool down but eventually on the 2nd day they were comfortable. The food was quite good, but the structure of the service was disorganized. There have many servers and no designated zones per server. The maître dit takes the dinner orders so you end up waiting a long time to have your order taken as it’s one person walking around chatting with everyone while the servers take drink orders and bring your food. As a past restaurant owner, it struck me as very odd and not efficient. I realize it’s leisurely dining which is fine, but we waited quite a long time to be seen to have our food order placed. Otherwise, the hotel was lovely.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and the hotel is quite nice. The beach was beautiful.

Positive: The property is very clean in a great location with own beach club and parking for guests, from the reception personnel to the head manager in the restaurant the service was outstanding, the food in the restaurant was exceptional and so was the wine from their own vineyard, will definitely be back

Positive: Not much. Front desk staff were friendly but that’s it.

Negative: Room was disgusting and bed was uncomfortable. It took them 45mjns to make us eggs and didn’t seem to bother anyone.

Positive: Staff was very nice and accommodating, they provided everything we asked. Breakfast was good, bedroom was good with a very nice terrace with great sea view, which had seating and big parasol to enjoy. Beach in front with lounges, nice and calm. Had dinner at the restaurant one night, very good food and service, just keep in mind it’s a limited menu. Location is good, not as close to the centre but definitely walkable, you do have to walk a bit through the road, however being low season it was fine. Car park very convenient and always available (this could be due to not being high season yet). Would definitely repeat 😊 thanks for a lovely stay!

Negative: Someone upstairs kept moving chairs or furniture about 2am in the morning and we could hear it very loud, also smoking which meant we had to close our window. This was not the hotels fault but just to have in mind!
