Summary: The room was in an OK condition, not really 4 star rating the TV didn't work in the bedroom. Some of the staff in the reception area were rude and didn't have much local knowledge. There were a couple of weddings/functions at the hotel and was very noisy, the loud music was on till 11pm, which finally stopped after many calls to the reception area. Also, after paying the hotel for the week's stay upon my return to the UK, additional money was taken from my account without my knowledge!

Summary: Clean place, well priced, friendly and helpful staff. Would stay here if visiting friends, family or just as a tourist. The only downside was poor WiFi, making the desk in the room impossible to work from

Summary: The hotel and its location is really good , plus the rooms are nice clean and well kept Having stayed at other hotels I will recommend these one by far Food is good but it’s a shame , like all other hotels in Vadodara don’t serve local Gujarati cuisine , why is the question that needs to be explained The other thing nice about the express residency is that you can open the window and there’s very little noise thus you can sit quietly in room and enjoy fresh air Thus I have booked a further 2 weeks until I depart
