Summary: The reception staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. We arrived after 10 pm on the first night and the restaurant manager arranged for food to be prepared for us even though the restaurant was closed. We were then escorted to our rooms and they carried our luggage. When i couldn't change currency at any of the local banks, the hotel receptionist very kindly assisted me. The customer care and professionalism of the staff is first rate.

Summary: Clean and neat rooms, tranquil zone without much noise, walking distance to a good restaurant (Uludağ)… would have appreciated more only if the check-in staff was more smiling and kimd.

Summary: It was not clear where to park and the area near the door was blocked by orange cones. I also did not see any ramp for suitcase wheels or any other purpose. Maybe it was at a different area; I also saw only stairs (no elevator) from the lobby to the elevator for the rooms. If you can handle these issues, the hotel is great!
