Summary: The hotel was relatively good and in a good location. The main issue was a persistent loud humming noise in the room. Despite several visits to reception, the staff were not particularly helpful and at times rather condescending, suggesting the problem was on my end. As a result, I had to sleep with earplugs for the duration of my stay. They acknowledged the problem and sent a technician who allegedly fixed the problem (they did not...). I was offered two drinks coupons for the hotel bar....

Summary: We stayed here to visit Oktoberfest and it was a very comfortable stay for our group of 15. There was a decent bar area which was quite lively during our visit and Luis the bar tender made a great Mojito! The lady on reception was efficient and helpful and good at responding to messages. The rooms were a generous size and very clean and fresh. My only negative i have is that when I booked the 8 rooms , I chose” pay for the rooms at hotel” , but on our return home, we found that they had charged all the rooms to my credit card two weeks before we arrived. I hadn’t wanted to use that card and now I have to collect money from everyone and hope my card hasn’t been used for anything else, as no credit cards were taken at check in.

Summary: Had a good stay , large bathroom and bed was comfortable. Kettle with tea and instant coffee appreciated in room . Breakfast had a great selection !

Summary: Good friendly staff. No decent view from the room. Hotel was a little further out from the city centre than expected, about 30 minute walk.

Summary: Very good location and within a 10-20 minute walk to most transportation and sightseeing. Marienplatz was about a 30 minute walk. Staff were friendly and allowed us to keep our luggage stored after checking out until it was time to catch the train. Rooms were very nice.
