Positive: Initially, there was no hairdryer in the room - it was provided immediately upon request at the reception. Instead of the usual cramped shower stall, I had a full-size bathtub; a good set of snacks for breakfast

Negative: the bathtub and sink drain looked like it was from the last century (it would be nice to clean them), but overall the drain worked; the way the wires were attached under the table was a bit alarming (see photo); due to the high demand for hotel services during this period, the price, in my opinion, was three times higher than adequate, but since there was simply no alternative and the costs were compensated by the employer, then ok.

Positive: Basic but complete enough breakfast. Good coffee quality. Few bread options with jam and honey. Some fruits and juice, no fresh pastry.

Negative: Smart key access would be a plus. Wall paper in the room was detaching

Positive: I had a pleasant staying in Hotel Erlenstegen. The room was clean and comfortable, no noise around, good space and good service inside. There is a parking area with space for 6/8 cars, the breakfast was good with salted and sweet options. The hotel location is perfetc: there is the tram station just in front of the hotel reception, with a fast connection to the centre of the town. The distance to the Messe centre is appporx 18min, very easy to reach to. The staff is lovely: the blondy Madam (Gabrielle?) and Airlie at the reception desk are very friendly and supportive, I had a lovely conversation with them and they helped me with good advices and support. I definitely will come back again!
